completed from any mobile device or your computer. Please complete
your application by March 31, 2023 to
expedite your electronic leasing process. All current residents
will be required to sign a new 12-month lease with Cadence
Communities prior to the management transition with a lease start
date of May 1, 2023. Your current lease term and rates will be
honored but a new lease will need to be generated based on new
management. We will provide more information once we have your
