- Download the App
- Get the Centinel Communities App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Sign In or Register
- If you already have an account, tap Sign In at the bottom of the screen (next to “I already have an account”) and log in with your Resident Portal username and password.
- If this is your first time logging in, tap First Time User and follow the prompts to set up your account.
- Note: If you recently applied online, use the login you created during that process.
- Enable Notifications
- When prompted, select Allow so your device can receive important push notifications.
- Download the App

Quick Start
Guide and 3 easy steps below.
- Open the Centinel Communities App
- Tap Request Maintenance to access the service request system.
- Register (First-Time Users Only)
- Tap "First Time User?"
- Enter the email address linked to your Centinel Communities account and create a password.
- Note: The email must match what’s listed under My Settings > My Personal Info & Preferences.
- Verify Your Account
- Check your email for a verification code, enter it, and click Verify.
- You’ll then be taken to the screen to start your service request.
